Andy Flack has 35 years' experience as a State of Texas licensed real estate broker. Mr. Flack specializes in the land/timberland real estate business. Most clients are corporate industrial owners, TIMO's, REIT's, private equity groups, & high net-worth individuals & families. His responsibilities include market & property analysis and assisting clients with acquisition & disposition. Research, evaluation, technical support, & strategic planning are also inherent to his field & scope of services.

Mr. Flack has consulted and/or directed sales of over 1,000,000+ acres in Texas since 2000. His reputation, through his experience in the land industry, is widely acclaimed. His client/reference list is very impressive and available upon request. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Agribusiness with over 40 post-graduate hours in real estate economics. He holds the prestigious title as an Accredited Land Consultant through the Realtors Land Institute. Mr. Flack has also held a license as a State of Texas General Certified Appraiser.

Robbi Flack graduated from Texas Christian University in May of 2018 with a business degree in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing. She has experience working in real estate throughout her college career, providing an excellent foundation for her entrance into the industry. Robbi's experience with management and marketing gives her an advantage beyond her years. She is an ambitious, determined, and trustworthy individual who will give her all to make sure her clients are satisfied!

With an emphasis in Montrose and the Heights area, and being a life time resident of Houston herself, Casie loves promoting the Heights and other nearby neighborhoods for their diversity of homes and similarities of small-town living. She has built her business on good real estate logic and hard work. Casie says the most important aspect of working with buyers is to determine their individual needs in a home. Miller Cox is a seasoned Forestry professional with a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from Stephen F. Austin State University, specializing in Timber Management. With over seven years of industry experience, Miller has developed a robust skill set that includes implementing controlled burns, cruising timber, and creating comprehensive management plans. He has also demonstrated proficiency in marketing timber, supervising logging operations, leading tree planting crews, and managing hunting lease organizations. His in-depth knowledge of the East Texas timber and land markets uniquely positions him as a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers.

Steve and Linda Hale are your real estate dream team. Linda has 14 years of experience in real estate, specializing in land and lake property sales. Steve is newly licensed, coming to the industry with a lifetime of sales and customer service experience. They've been married for over 30 years and are proud parents to three children and grandparents to six. They strive to honor God in all of their lives and work.
